Power FC High idle only after mods

High idle only after mods
I purchased a 93 TT Touring last week and overnighted a preprogrammed Power FC from Sr Motorsports, a Apexi Blow Off Valve, and Apexi Power INtake with dual filter. I didn't have the idle problem before these mods but now it idles at 2000 all the time. What could be the problem with this? I've read the different post, but there are no Power FC specific cases. Please someone help me tune this beast.
