TN Help put the pieces together...

I bought a new 94 RX-7. It's moded and the previous owner knows nothing really.

Here are the things I know have been done recently from a vague invoice.

$1825 Atkins Rebuild kit. Possibly rebuild Kit C
$50 of machining. Maybe
$135 Turbo Hard Piping Some custom SS tubing.
$175 Clutch rebuild What it says, stock prolly?
$120 Oil Feed Line Kit No idea.
$120 Clutch Wedge Wire Again not sure.
$210 Mid Pipe What is says. (The entire exhaust is open, no cats or air pump)
$195 Pulley Kit What it says.
$60 Block off Plates I think this is Vacuum line removal.
$200 WB O2 Controller What it says, dunno what brand.

I don't know what brand any of this stuff is, possibly all Atkins I was told...

I know I've got a Turbo XS manual boost controller installed at the moment, not sure it works right, it's set at the lowest and I'm seeing 10psi...
The heater hoses have been cut and bypassed, for some reason, the AC works fine.
The CAI filters have been replaced, and the box is gone.

I've driven it, and it runs fine except for a VERY rough idle and I've seen boost go to about 11. The turbo's have been sync'd.

Here are the maps I copied from Power FC.
Maps

I'm waiting for my new Hako to come in so I can get real data from the computer.

Here's a bad pic of the engine bay tho.

I guess I'm more worried about the Maps and whether they make sense.
It doesn't like to go slow (1st and second) lots of hesitation. The Idle is very rough, sometimes stalling, and the AFR is relatively "good" but it does move around a lot.

Gonna check to see about proper grounding, switching/removing the AST (Still debating which), VMIC & Rad. Gotta look to see if there's a second oil cooler, if not will add that. Do some fuel mods after that.
So limited on time at the since I got it, but I think I'll drive it daily.

What do you think?

Why do you still have that useless piece of plastic crap ducting attached to the IC?
It is robbing air flow from the IC and not really supplying cold air to the filters.

Remove it and patch the hole in the IC duct top.

Then sit down and analyze what it was doing before and after the mod.
You need to learn to do this type of analyzing before spending too much time and money on the car which my be wasteful.

I've only just got the car. I've had about 2 hours to really look at it. The plastic garbage is there simply because I haven't had any time due to family issues.
But this weekend, IT'S ON! At least, I really hope it is haha!

Thanks for the advice tho.

Didn't get the time I wanted this weekend to work on it.

I did remove the ducting, and I did re-assess the heater issue. I tested the heater and there were no leaks, so I hooked it back up. I'll be testing it further this week as I drive around during the chilly mornings. Hopefully there never was anything wrong with the heater and I can keep using it.

I'll be placing an order for an aluminum AST in the next few days and planing on where to put it. Since I'll eventually be getting a VMIC, it will have to move, might as well move it now...
