Here is more info. I noticed something strange; the mph on the PFC logs go to over 140mph, but the dyno shows less than 100mph. I did not look at the speedo during the test, only the RPMs. I'm even more confused now.

All on pump gas/

have you confirmed ZERO boost leaks with a pressure tester? this is the one I like to use: http://www.boostpro.net/prodtester.html and then buy a reducer (I use 4" --> 3" for my T04S turbo) or you can make your own.

Yes I have the boost log, I will post it tonight. The laptop is home. Even with a boost leak, if you look at the log the chart still goes in the P19 range.

Did you get the DSM or 300zx model?

DSM model. it's just 3" plug looking thing. Then I bought a reducer coupler, I think it was vibrant performance brand, and some worm clamps from the hardware store. Total cost was probably like $40 because I bought an expensive silicone one. Pressurize your intake, listen and feel for air escaping, and then spray around with soapy water to see where it bubbles up.

As promised, please see the boost log for the dyno. I was having trouble with the logs today. Most of the advanced functions did work and the timing was logged as 40's and 50's thru out. This is the same program as the one on the dyno so that should not be. Do the loggers act up, or is my map corrupt?

Was the dyno done in 3rd gear? Those A/F's are too lean. Can you post the Dat file from the Power FC as that will tell us a lot about what is going on.

Knock levels should be viewed at MAX as you have it.
The other values you should viewed as AVG.

You can use both MAX and MIN values to view AFRs to help determine if you are having misfires which would cause a larger spread.
But use AVG for fuel changes if not misfiring.

Yes pull was done in third gear. Please see dat file, I had to rename th extension, you will to rename it back to .dat to open.

I also attached the dat file from March 10. Something is screwy with the timing. This is the same map as before, but yesterday the timing went crazy. I don't want to drive the car like that. Any ideas what could cause that.

Yes I normally do look at knock in MAX

No misfires at all.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't dyno pulls be done in 4th gear for 1:1 gearing ratio?

I'm scheduled to redyno this saturday. Any last minutes pointers?

1. Should I do the pull in 4th or 3rd gear?

2. Where is the best place to attached the timing sensor from the dyno? I had it clipped onto the leading plug spark plug wire

3. The dyno operators don't get rotatries very often and had to play with the rotation settings to get the idle to match mine.

4. I plan to do a 14psi pull on pump gas.
