i need help bad. im about to set this 7 on fire! i cant get the car to start up after motor install. all it is doing is fouling out the plugs, and backfiring. it started the first day but wouldnt idle. just changed the plugs tryed to start in and it started reved it up to 4000rpms and it died and will not start back up.

It means somethings are not installed correctly. I have helped with over 10 engine rebuilds and all engines always stated up without a fuss.

850 primary injectors are one of the worse things to do to a street driven engine as they tend to run too rich and require knowledgeable tuning to lean them out.
Search and read about negative lag or 850s.

Use the stock idle fuel recalced with O2 FB turned off and insure the injectors are set up by the PFC manual except for about -.04 lag as a starting point.
A ported engine also needs more air.
