setting - Pim Volt - 1. Normal - there are two tables you can change, fuel by PIM voltage range (i.e. boost) or fuel by rpm band. Refer to pg 24 in the manual. Easy to f**k up here so be sure you know what you are doing, manual is an easy read.
A little advice, better put your flame suit on asking such a simple question that has been discussed so many times, some folks are not very nice if it appears you have not done any homework before asking. I only answered because I was bored and could not sleep.

You can also set it up to do a map trace. Drive the car how you normally do and how you do when it is running rich from 1000-3000RPMs. Then look at the map trace and see what cells you are using. Do this a few time to see exactly whats going on and the cells you normally run in. From there start pulling fuel out of those cells. However a wide band would help a great deal in this area.
Otherwise pull from the PIM RPM range, but beware. You need a wideband.
Oh yeah, this is the wide band I use.

I like it and it works well for me. I have hear of others that do not measure below 11.0-1 fuel ratios. This one goes all the way to 10.0:1, probably lower but that is what I run under boost for the most part.
Good Luck, tune slow, very slow.
