Has anyone heard from Glen at FC-Datalogit lately? I purchased an FC Datalogit a year ago, and I finally remembered to register it a couple months ago. When I tried, he replied that the serial number I gave him was already registered. At his request, I sent him a digital picture of the unit and the serial number. That was more than 6 weeks ago, and I have followed up with him every couple of weeks but still can not get a reply from him. Has anyone else ever run into this, or am I just lucky? Any suggestions on how to get his attention?

i'd like to get some info too. i've tried to register like 2 or 3 times and never get a reply or anything

 

They are very slow when it comes to registering. It took me 3 weeks to get on the board

 

Took about a month for me, but he came through. Sorry someone registered yours already. That sucks.

 

The real crappy part is, this was supposed to be brand new, so how did it get registered by someone else?

I think that is a very plausible explanation as I have had 2 units and they are hade written and I believe increasing by a single number per unit.
Took me a month to get registered,
Don’t worry you really are not missing much.
Just keep on Glen and eventually they will get it done.
