FYI: Datalogit Hold Off Info
The pdf of the Datalogit manual I have doesn't explain this function, and I received the following from the Datalogit board. Thanks, Steve.
"Because widebands aren't instant to react, the logged A/F lags slightly behind the true A/F ratio (in time.) So if the engine were moving through the map quickly, a logged A/F value may not truely represent the cell it is logged in.
The hold off function ignores the first few logs (for the specified amount of time) each time the PFC changes cell.
I would suggest around 500 milliseconds, but obviously to get much data logged you will need to spend longer than this time in each cell - eg using a dyno.
Alternatively to using the hold function, you can get lots of data and rely on averaging to improve the results, but you still need to spend as long as possible in each cell rather than just logging lots of short visits to each cell."

The user manual I downloaded didn't have an explanation for this
function. From other threads I gather that this allows time for a
wideband to report sensor data, but I could be mistaken.
Could anyone explain how this works and what setting should be used
with the DIY WB? Thanks.
