Just wanted to post for anyone searching...
I have found that Windows 7 installed in Boot Camp and running in Parallel's Coherence Mode is capable of running FC Edit and Innovate's LC Logger on a Macbook Pro.
Hardware Overview:
Model Name: MacBook Pro
Model Identifier: MacBookPro5,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.66 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 6 MB
Memory: 8 GB
Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
Boot ROM Version: MBP51.007E.B05
SMC Version (system): 1.41f2
I am using the Serial/USB adapter provided by Rotary Performance when you buy the Datalogit from them.
Software Overview:
Mac OS X 10.6.7
Windows 7 Premium
Parallels Desktop V.6
