My PFC Commander Monitor screens do not have a FUEL value?

Are you refering to the ETC-Sensor/SW screen where it shows FUEL as on page 35 of the PFC manual?

They are the same thing. BOTH MANUALS TELLS US what it is.

If near 5 volts, the "***" is bad, or disconnected.
The Mazda FSM tells how to test it.
