Hey guys...got my Datalogit last week, and I tried sending an e-mail to the guys in New Zealand for information on registering and to join the yahoo groups but have yet to hear from them. Are they still doing the service?

Any help would be appreciated...I'm itching to dive into some more research stuff...

It took me a month to get registered and there were 2 or 3 other people in the same boat with me at that time. It was very frustrating and perhaps the only disappointing thing I can find about the datalogit (I didnt run into the standard availability problem - just ordered it and got it a couple days later).


Maybe one day they will delegate this function to someone with more time. Someone who would be willing to do it for say something like a datalogit every 6 months. Someone like me!

In any case I feel your pain. It will come but dont count on it being soon.

ditto it took about 2- weeks for me to get my email as well. you need to send them an email with all the info they ask for... datalogic serial number and your info...etc

Ah...thanks guys for the reassurance. I don't mind waiting now that I know waiting is just a part of the process.

I was on the same boat... i just got my datalogit about two months ago and it took a month for me to get an email reply.

I sent my first of 9 e-mails so far on October 22, and its November 27th and they still have not replied to my e-mails. I thought they went out business until I saw this thread. If this is how they do business then I don't think they will be around much longer. Since I can't get any help from the comatose people at Datalogit's website does anyone have the latest software for the FD3S, my unit is used and I cant wait forever for someone at Datalogit to get of his *** and answer a e-mail in less than 1 month!!!
