emissions, air pump, and o2 feedback

if i am getting my car emissions tested and running the airpump, should i have the o2 feedback disabled or enabled? i have been tuning my cruise areas for a while now and have them fairly good.

also the idiots testing my car seem to have some throttle control problem, because they cant accelerate without hitting boost. the test is never supposed to go over 3K so i should never be hearing my blow off valve correct? would setting the second boost setting to 8 psi and lowering the duty cycle make the boost come on slower, therefore not allowing the car to see boost as easily? would this have any adverse affects?

O2 on/off; depends on how you have tuned your car for idle and below 3000 rpm cruise. If stock, then on. I have a single turbo with working air pump but no O2 or idle timing control. I pass with my hi-flow cat because I have a tuned map just for emissions testing.

Having boost problems for testing, THINK!
(1) Run the #1 turbo WG control hose directly to the WG actuator. This will give you a max of 7psi (spring pressure) boost. You could also disconnect/disengage the secondary throttle so only the primary opens.
