Exclamation does the pfc plug n play ?

hey guys just wondering if the pfc is plug n play with standard maps?here is the mods i have so far :apexi intake hard intake pipes ,greddy elbo and piping 4inch downpipe stock mid,and catback ex,msd plug wires and ngk platinum plugs .i have a walbro fuel pump that has yet to be installed .oh and the pfc to be installed .do i need to wait to install or will i be ok ?

you need to have it tuned... and once it is done dont mess with it...

It will run but you wont want to pound it untill you get on a wideband

Settle down guys, he just has an intake and a downpipe.....with just that, the base map should be fine. To be safe, go to a local dyno with a wideband and do a few pulls to verify that you are not running lean.

I certainly agree that you should do fine tuning to get the most out of the PFC but I disagree that it's not safe to run the base maps with just an intake and downpipe. Just keep the boost to 10-11 psi for now.

BTW, there is no need to install the fuel pump until you have upgraded the injectors. You may have to lean out the lower rpms/idle when using a higher flowing fuel pump.
