deceleration causing idle issue
all,
i've searched around but this hasn't been answered before.
i have this issue here....
when i accelerate.... then i just let off the clutch and into free gear... the RPM will drop...
but it will drop so fast.... and when i reaches the end... it bounces up again... then it'll do the unstable idle from 300 rpm to 1000 rpm.. up and down....
this happens on AIR CON only.....
when i turn off the A/C.... the problem never happen...
i tried the bleed screw, idle screw,... even TPS.... still cannot get the thing solve...
my question will be
1) is there anything inside the PFC that adjust these kind of things ?
2) does disabling the idle control and use the manual way bleed screw etc will help this ?

The dashpot helps to prevent the throttle from closing too fast which gives the PFC or stock ecu more time to control the idle. Make sure it is working properly.
You can do any of these to help:
(1) adjust the dashpot to engage at it's maximum point where it still allows the throttle to close 100%.
(2) bump up the A/C idel speed to at lease 1000 rpm.
(3) set the fuel cutoff rpm to at lease 1500 rpm.

i've adjusted to maximum for my dashpot....
rev lim 8500
F/C AE 1000
F/C EL 1100
F/C A/C 1200
Idle AE 1000
Idle E/L 1000
Idle A/C 1000
what else should i do ? or i should disable the idle speed control and do the manual mechanical adjust of air bleed valves ?
