I changed mine to Volts 0= Value 9 & Volts 5= Value 19 to equalize LM-1 display/ WBO2 Watch display.
You're talking about functionality of the FC-Edit SW, not the LM-1 or LC-1.

And I can do the same to equalize the readings from the LC-1 as well. It's all in the documentation. It's all the same from what I see. The LM-1 is just packaged differently.

I don't see any disadvantage of the LC-1 over the LM-1. The output is the same. You can control that output with the LogWorks SW. The signaling is the same.

From their website:
It features the same award-winning patented digital measurement principal found in the LM-1,
So where are you getting that the LC-1 is going to be a risk?

Listen, 454 Dyno in Metairie, LA (New Orleans 'burb) uses a $40,000 state-of-the-art Mustang Mod. 1700 dyno, the third one sold in the U.S. It's software package came programmed and supplied with..... Innovate LM-1 WBO2. 454 Dyno dyno's/tunes Vipers, Porsches, supercharged Fords, BMW and Porsche race cars, Corvette and Honda racers, and FD's..... everything out there.
I think the reason for that is they sell it as a "modular/portable" version. The LC-1 is degignated more as a permanent solution.

I'm not trying to butt heads with you...I am just looking for facts and justification.

How are both laptops blind? one is using the digital out from the LC-1. You then verify if there is any offset between the two. From all I have seen the offsets are across the board. Its not hard to log both outputs at their highest resolution you can easily tell where the afr's peak what the offset is.

Oh I don't street tune with myself only in the car that is plain stupid. My wife is usually running the laptop and changes are only made after viewing the entire log.

Another way to easily do this with one laptop is to change idle afr's, which are stable on a warmed up car and view one afr then the other. I would run lean on one and rich on another to verify its across the board.

I'm not guessing with my AFR's I know where they are and have verified them multiple times with out change.

using the dataloggit and the LM-1 is easy if you know what you are doing
