Arrow Datalogit group at risk of yahoo shutdown?

Does anyone know anything about this?

Was hoping to see what was going to happen to the group or if there was a way to archive all the posts in a logical searchable way? Or is it possible the group will migrate to a different platform?

a lot of good technical information there!

Yes, it appears that yahoo is phasing out the groups section and Raymond is transferring it over to google. I believe after a test run with the new section he plans to send an invite to all on his mailing list. I’ve been reading along and could of missed something, but I believe it’s just a transition time and will be back to normal shortly.

There are minor problems with people who do not have an Gmail account. He might end up requiring everyone to have Gmail.

That's great news. The closest rotary shop/tuner to me is 1000km away so I've had to learn a lot of things by myself. The maps and info on that group have really helped understand tuning, afr, and timing for my FD.

Has everyone migrated over without trouble? Had to make a email as requested for a gmail account, but when trying to visit the included links in the reply I get a "You do not have permission to access this content. (#418) "error and I do not seem to see a way to enter PFC-DL-tuning group?

Completely new to google groups, so very possible I don't understand how they operate there.

Can anyone relay how it works with google groups, and what to expect trying to migrate to the new group?

Posting to try and see if this was sorted for the Datalogit group itself as well - "FC-Datalogit-user". Anyone have any updates on that group?

I was able to get into the link RotaryPower101 posted just by clicking it. I didn't know I had access, but I must have posted my gmail address previously...

The actual rotary tuning group is basically fully migrated to Google now. It does require a Gmail account because private Google Groups don't seem to let non Gmail accounts sign in and access everything; it's likely a bug.

I have no idea about the FC Datalogit group. I imagine the owners are not paying a lot of attention to it. I never bothered joining it.

So if I have a google account can you send me a link to join? I just bought a black datalogit with usb converter to pull the tune out of my car and try one from Chuck. I’m going to need some software and ultimately the knowledge base of the group. Any help would be appreciated.

Bumping this.
It's been a while since I was on the google group or the yahoo group. I am trying to locate all of the files that used to be a part of the main Yahoo Group (non-FD3S specific). I have a friend who'd getting started with a SW20 and I wanted to dig into some of those folders to look at the User Maps.

By chance did anyone make a copy of those files before Yahoo Groups shut down and start hosting them somewhere else? I don't see them in the Google Drive associated with the RX7 PFC Google Group.
