couple of ?s

i want to get a pfc and i was wondering if it is hard to swap it out when smog times comes around? so i can just put in my oem ecu.

plus im in cali so i dunno if that would make a difference.

You can do it in about 30 minutes. You can leave it in unless they want to check you engine check light funtionality. It will pass emissions testing with the PFC if tuned properly.
