Power FC Controlling boost w/PowerFC

Controlling boost w/PowerFC
Whenever dialing the boost on my PowerFC in 4th I will always see much less boost in 2nd and 3rd gear. Is there a way to get almost the same boost from 2nd gear and up ???
I still run the restricters in the signal hoses.
