Commander won't go past load screen HELP!

What would cause the commander to not get past the Apexi load screen? The powerFC I have is the correct oen for my car as it's been running it for the past several years. I just got the commander recently and after my single turbo conversion and isntallation of a new engien the car has issues staying running and the commander will not load anythign past the Apexi screen.

Here are the details of the car's issues: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/awake-24-hours-straight-working-please-help-me-493401/

I have the same problem with the PFC. I just installed mine last night, clipped the 4 wires, and with the key in the on position the commander will go through all the menus. But when I turn the car on, it wont go past the load screen.

I believe if you disassemble the commander you'll find a loose wire.
