hi guys, ths is probably another newbie question, but i tried to do some quick setup with the commander instead of using a laptop thru datalogic, i found the comander is working in monitor mode, but not in setting mode, it didn't allow me to change any parameters, is there anything i set wrong in the setting?

 

i just found a section "protect" under setting1 in FC-edit, i think that's what locked me out from changing parameters thru the commander, does anyone DL expect here know what setting 1- 10 under "protect" are? all i wanna do is do some small fuel adjustment with the commander.

 

IGL, IGT, INJ MAP, PIM VOLTS, INJECTOR BOOST, ACCELERATE, TUNING ADJ ??, WATER TEMP, and REV/IDLE. Almost all can be locked.

 

so is setting 1 = IGL
2 = IGT
3 = inj
so on .....

i know just wanna unlock the fuel parts, but lock other parts so the parameters wont get altered by mistake, and i know there are 10 setting protection just not sure what they're referring to, thx.

 

Does not matter because it takes a DL to do it and then you will see the options.

 

oh u misunderstood, i am not refering to the setting 1-5 and mps menu ontop, i meant under the "protect" option, there are 10 check boxes with setting 1-10, does anyone know which function or menu that 10 settings refer to??
