BIGGER INJECTORS AND YOUR LIKELY TO HAVE A HARD TIME STARTING THE ENGINE. How much power are you trying to make? if your not making no more than 450 change the primaries to 550. you will be able to start a whole lot easier. but sometimes its not that. Hows the battery voltage on the commander?

If the car idles fine when the engine is fully warmed up, then it can't be the injectors.

If the Cranking Inj values per Temp is stock, then you need to adjust your Water Temp Correction table with the commander. It is in the manual.
