Power FC Changing to 1300cc Injectors

Changing to 1300cc Injectors
I'm still confused in regards to setting the PFC for
differnt injectors.
Assuming I install the 1300cc secondaries and tell the PFC the volume is 1300, how do I figure out the lag time differential to even put it in?
Maybe this is a simple question. I'm just not that savvy enough in this to know.

Did the Search
Did the search but it still seems inconsistent.
From .02 to .20 seems a fairly big range and some
posts had Primary settings changed which I can't see why.
From the looks of it, +0.16 seems the logical choice.
What's the more conservative approach? I'm new to this PFC stuff so how do I determine if .16 is the best? What should I be looking for to figure out if I should go more or less lag dif?
