Car wont start with PFC.

The car won't start with the PFC but it will start with stock ECU. My mods are GT35/40 1680 secondaries, 1000 primaries, Supra fuel pump, FMIC, LARGE street port.
Not getting any spark or fuel with PFC, and also not reading RPM's leading me to believe that it has something to do with the crank trigger, but I replaced that with a new trigger and angle sensors. I've tried resetting the PFC but still nothing.

Check your grounds when you use FC.

You say no rpms, with tach or on the commander or both?

What was the fix or problem. How did you get the car running?

i powder coated the front cover and the spacing was off for the crank angle. So i sanded the powder off the cover and it works fine now.
