Can't control boost with non-seq/PFC

I just recently did the poorman's non-sequential mod with my car. To control boost with the PFC, I just switched the electrical connectors of the precontrol/wastegate solenoid. I have a full exhaust/intake and a street port. My problem is that I can't seem to be able to control boost at higher rpm's.

Does anyone even know which boost setting the PFC uses when running non-sequential turbos (Pri or Sec setting?) When I turn the sec base duty down I get almost no effect. When I turn the Pri duty cycle down I only get 9psi at lower rpm and a spike to ~12 psi at around 6000 rpm. If I set Pri duty cycle up more, I get 10psi at lower rpm and a spike to ~14psi at higher rpm. So I am starting to think the PFC just ignores the Sec setting when in non-seq mode. I am shooting for 10psi all the way to redline since I'm still running the stock intercooler and am trying to be safe. Does anyone know if taking out the wastegate pill would help? I'm already running a pill that is a little bigger than stock. I really don't want to have to pull my turbos and port my wastegate to control boost.

Did you also switch SEQ TURBO control off?

The non sequential setting is actually made for a single turbo set up... In non sequential mode the PFC only looks at the Pri setting for controling boost.

You actually need to pull the turbos and remove the sequential actuator and rerun a few vaccume lines to truly run the twins nonsequential, I think your problem may may be in that your secondary turbo is over boosting...

Yes, sequential control on the PFC is turned off. I could always pull the turbos and do the full sequential mod as you've stated, but from what I have heard it would be even more likely that I would get boost creep with that setup. Which is why I just wired the gate open because I thought it would provide enough restriction so that I wouldn't get creep up high. I am getting a Borla XR-1 race muffler welded into the midpipe today, so we will see if that helps the overboost at all.
