CA Bouncing idle when a/c is on

Gents,

When my ac is running on any setting, my otherwise normal idle will bounce from 950 - 1650 over and over again. Anyone had this happen before?

Zack

Adjust the air bleed under the intake elbow.

this is a common issue. you have to do some modifications in order to have the a/c running with powerFC. for now , dont use the a/c . sorry i cant help any further , but know it is a "thing" with the powerfc.

it has to do with duty cycle map i believe? some one correct me if i am wrong.

Interesting.. car is in the shop at the moment, will try adjusting the air bleed when I get it back.

And will read more about this...

Banzai, did you guys fix that with just the air bleed adjust?

1.Turn the A/C on
2.Get the idle to surge
3.Adjust the air bleed until the surge is gone
4.Turn A/C off to verify that you still have a stable idle

This should work unless you have a faulty ISC.

You are fantastic, thank you. Once I have the car back I'll give it a shot.
