Bouncing Idle - Every time I start it cold
Everytime I start my car when it is cold, I immediately get a stall. Afterwards the idle is everywhere for 20 minutes up to about 2500 rpms. If I give it gas it chokes before it goes. If I let off the gas completely above 2000 rpms during this period, the rpms drop too far and it stalls.
After 20 minutes it idles perfectly and all problems are gone until the car cools down again.
This never happened until we removed the AVCR and put on the PFC. It was fine with the stock computer.
(Although now that they clipped my computer wires. I cant get in there and get them back togeather to put the stock computer back on)
Things Iv tried.
---------------------
Replaced O2 Sensor
Let car sit for 30 minutes hoping it will reprogram itself.
Questions
----------------------
Any other suggestions? Will messing with that oxygen/idle screw do any good? Which way would I turn it?
When I do a sensor check at idle, what should my screen look like?
Its embarassing... Any help would be much appreciated.

You're sensors should look kinda like this: https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...hreadid=190617
Double check that the correct wires were cut. Playing with the ilde screw / air bleed screw will probably help. You might also do a search on 'dashpot' for the rpm dropping too fast.

Hi,
I've just recentley installed my PFC and I had problems when the car was cold.
There are water temp correction factors I believe under "settings" I bumped mine up a little in the 10° range and whatever the next is ( 20? ) and my stalling went away.
Where are you in Ohio??
there are some guys in Columbus who I hear are really good.
Send me a PM with your number if you want.
good luck, Tom
