i have a lightly modded 7 with a power fc, it was suppose to have been tuned but i think the knock is bad and the map looks crazy the car runs good but shows upwards of 30+ knock count and like 28 degrees timing on partial throttle , coming from an evo 9 with aem in the states the knock is scaring me as of now.

Im looking for some good pfc maps with just boltons and midpipe...
also the sequential turbo are opend up to work at the same time rather than the stock sequential way

 

(1) download the manual and study it like your life depends on it.
(2) list the mods the car has.
(3) the pfc comes with a safe base map that works for many small mods. This can be reset by reading the manual about INITIALIZING the PFC.
(4) the really good PFC changes requires a DATALOGIT box and software.
(5) Knock up to 60 is suppose to be maximum acceptable.

 

ok so the car has full exhaust o2 housing back
has pfc
stock injectors
single cable throttle body modification
4.5 inch stock mount intercooler and piping

 

i want a good map of the injector timing and ignition L t timing
i dont have a wideband but feel it needs more fuel

im not even sure the secondarys injectors are on because it say 100% for both primaries but 0 on the second

 

You need car parts naming convention education.

The pipe from the turbos going down to the next piece (horizontal to the ground) is called a down pipe. It normally houses the O2 sensor. The stock one is fat in the middle as it contains a small catalytic convertor which is called a pre-cat. A pure DP down pipe does not have a pre-cat. Next would be the main cat or mid-pipe MP with no cat.

A TB has one accelerator cable. IF the car has cruise control, then a second cable.
Removing the cruise control is not called a "single cable throttle body modification" or anything as it does not affect tuning or power.

SO the stock IC was removed and replace with a ???Greddy""" IC?

 

sry im use to evo s and with stock turbo stuff it was the o2 housing plus down pipe.
the downpipe is after market as well as the mid pipe
my boost falls from about 12 psi to half that around 5500
ive looked for leaks with a boost tester and caping pieces with pvc caps to narrow the leak down but no help really

also the rats nest has been taken out and replace with just vacum lines im look in there today for that

 

it wierds me out that both primary injector are on with 100% and 0 ms adjust but the secondary says 0% and 0 ms adjust . and at full throttle around 5500 i smell gas as the boost is dropping off
