I just got my car out the shop and wasn't sure if this was the correct boost setting since my mechanic adjusted it to 7lbs. to let me "Get back in the saddle". So now I need back to ten pounds. He wants me to get an actual boost controller, and I'm all for it, but in the mean time I need to compensate, or atleast make sure it is the right setting for 10lbs..

Well; the PFC notes and many post here have dealt with adjusting boost.
First set the boost level high enough to prevent fuel cut. It is in the PFC manual.

Then adjust each duty cycle to obtain your boost goals.
