Battery Voltage Reading Accurate?

Is the battery voltage reading on the PFC correct/accurate? When I first start the car it reads 13.0 volts and once it warms up it drops down to 11.8 volts.

well hook up a voltmeter and double check it.

My PFC voltage has always worked even though it reads about .2 volts lower than my good digital meter.
