Base map request
Hello, hoping someone could help me out with a base map. So far I disabled 02 feed back and sequential turbo operation in my power fc. Also made an adjustment for the 850cc primary injectors, 64.5 and +0.04. It's a 94 usdm model. Manages to fire up and idles at around 900rpm at 410 mmhg. Only idled it for a short bit so far.
Current setup:
complete emissions delete
double throttle butterflies removed from uim
ported upper and lower intake manifolds
320lph fuel pump
factory 850cc injectors in primary and secondary rails
greddy fmic
gt35r single turbo
BUR9EQP plugs all around
Straight pipe exhaust, adding a resonator
Thanks!

Do you plan on tuning yourself?
If so, there are quite a few tutorials out there that really help explain what all the settings / options do. You can start with the base map that comes with the PFC and tweak from there. Start with injector sizing, retard the timing in boost across the map (3-4 degrees) and then work on tuning your AFRs.
It takes a lot of time & patience. Honestly I found starting fresh with the PFC base map and tweaking from there provided the best results along with the most understanding of what you're actually adjusting, which is imperative to a successful tune. Its not easy and will frustrate you, especially if you're impatient (such as myself, lol).
Also, ensure your AFR gauge is calibrated correctly. You may have a difficult time getting an idle that is not super rich with the PFC and those size injectors.

I'll probably end up getting it tuned by a somewhat local shop or vendor. The most I want to do is get in dialed in enough to safely cruise it to a shop. I would probably study the maps, ect from there and try and pick up on all the details, in the event that I change the set up again, and need to tweak a few things. Still waiting on a wideband to arrive before I start it up again, just to see where I am with ARSs. I unfortunately do not have a datalogit at this time to make any further adjustments.
