You don't/can't really just use someone's map who is using these, you have alot of searching and reading to do, search all the topics and post related to all the settings changes that are needed for these, and then you have to tune or have it tuned.

it idles now. not perfect but pretty close to it.
i still need to play with it but its doing it pretty well right now.
