HI Apexi Power FC: pull pins? cut harness?

Hi all. I've been reading my butt off. Seems like I've forgotten where I saw how to adapt the pfc to the stock wiring harness. It's a '93 Touring w/ auto that I'll be switching out to manual. Just gathering the parts right now, but I digress.
I'm asking for help in finding the best solution for the apexi pfc and hooking it up to the wiring harness. I like it for the capabilities and I'd love to keep it, if I can't I'll go with a preprogrammed ecu. Any help would be greatly appreciated. p.s. does someone make a pull-in harness to connect the two? Thanks all, your help is definitely appreciated.

banzai racing makes a harness and you can keep the auto trans in the car and use the pfc.

I'd rather cut the pins in the pfc that way you can easily got back to stock if you sell the car.

If you wish to be able to go back to stock, the rational approach is to remove the wires from the harness connector ---it takes 2 minutes if you have a suitable pick.

Depending what you have removed from your engine, it may not be needed.
AWS solenoid
EGR solenoid
EGR switch (California only)
Split Air Bypass Solenoid

Most owners have removed the first three years ago.
