Apexi PFC help

hey I am planning to purchase a Apexi power FC ecu and was wondering if instead of the commander can I use a laptop to tune the car? If not what other ecu is there to use with a laptop?

You'll have to buy the datalogit add-on to tune with a laptop ($300). The Haltech and AEM allow laptop tuning as is but they have many negatives IMO.
