Be more cautious with what you're doing here. If you have no rotary tuner options in your area and you're not looking to upgrade to a modern ecu, they're you're on your own. The best way to help yourself would be to Google fc tweak and contact Xavier about getting set up. Either that or ship the car, fly someone in or switch to a modern ecu to open the possibility of having someone be able to remote in.
Outside of that, it would be advised to make sure your car is mechanically sound before having someone try and tune it. Not being assembled correctly will 100% cause a failure in some form that may or may not be recoverable. From what we've seen over the years, people grossly over estimate their abilities and what condition their car is actually in.
