I need to buy a datalogit and I'm wondering how long it's going to take to get one. I emailed rotary performance about their stock but they haven't gotten back to me yet. If you have ordered one recently, how long did it take you to get it and are they shipping the "new version" yet?

 

Yes I did, I got a Type A new version and it took 3 to 4 days to arrive form ordering

You have to remember Rice Racing is in Australia the datalogit's are manufactured in NZ. So it will take an extra week or two for us in the US to get them. Rotary Performance is supposed to have a shipment come in in the next week or so. I believe they said 50 I was 3X when I ordered a week ago so they may have some spots left.

 

I know someone else who ordered one last monday and it arrived thursday so it seems like they really have it together. I payed for one on thursday so well see, I'm hoping for friday at the latest.

Damn... I just spoke with RP and they said they're on backorder for another 3 weeks. That sucks. Are there any other vendors that carry them? I don't see them on rx7store.net.

 

I ordered mine 5th november and recieved it on the 11th (from Datalogit) to the UK in a week, they have definatley got their act together on orders now
shame they are still using a Yahoo group and not a proper forum, it`s horrible to navigate.

 

I'm also looking for the Datalogit and just e-mailed the people in NZ. I'm from Puerto Rico and have not been able to get anyone from RP to tell me when they will be getting it. I'll keep you posted if someone replies.

I ordered mine direct on 11/11 and received it 11/23 here in California.

 

It does cost more direct, than through RP though.

 

Yea direct is 399 shipped with usb adaptor.

 

Well that's a poo - I ordered mine on 11/6 and still don't have it yet. I guess I need to give them a call and see what's up...

Yea contact them. I emailed them asking when it would ship a few days after I placed the order and they said oh next weekend. Then they emailed me back the next day saying it had just shipped.

 

RP sent mine yesterday.

 

Yeah I got a callback from Mary in at RP and there's a tracking number for it now... so hopefully any day now. :-)

 

Got mine yesterday. Now I just have to wait on Datalogit to add me to the forums shouldn't be more than a month or so....

 

same here. got my unit yesterday. shipping took approximately 3days from new zealand to malaysia. order processing took approx 3weeks.
