RX7? Stock PFC maps? The Rev Limiter is set at 8100 and the last RPM breakpoint for the maps is 8000.
You should check your rev limiter and maps. Maybe you have initialized your PFC accidently?

The PFC might have goten reset.
So, what are the specs on your motor?
1/2 or full bridge port?
I sure hope that you got some good bearings, properly balanced E-shaft. a good size A/R on the hot side of your turbo, lots of fuel ect. because i see no reason what so ever for you to be running to 9,500. I'm willing to bet that your not even making power up there, but I cant say untill i know your exact setup.
Please fill me in im interested in whats done to your car.

ha-ha no I didn’t initialize the PFC but that is a good idea and I am not running stock maps and the motor is fully built as in balanced e shaft, clearanced rotors, new Adkins bearings, it has a HUGE street port, T60-1 turbo and so on and so forth its got a lot it handles it I have ran this setup for a longtime now, but I’m still learning and so I’m just looking for some ideas from people.... I know how to build the motors i'm just not totally pro at tuning them but I will be, so any ideas??? It was fully tuned when the motor came out and now after I put the exacts same motor back in, (nothing changed)..., it falls on its face at 8000rpms..... I know even with stock ports I pulled to 8500rpms...

So you say the intake pipe for the turbo is metal because you have a pettit IC ... ?
Anyway, it's either an ignition, fuel, or air restriction. AFR gage, fuel pressure gage, and better yet some dataloggin will reveal alot. Perhaps it's running so rich it just cannot spark the mix with some partial fouling of the plugs. Check everything in the ignition system again and put a wideband on it. Try wrapping it to 8+k rpm without going into boost and see if it repeats. Have someone look for black smoke out the tailpipe when the condition occurs. Keep us up to date with your results.

Post up a datalog of it falling on it's face, give us something to think about. Tough to guess what it might be without some data. I'm curious if noone else is.
BTW, with all that instrumentation a cause for your symptom should be near if not apparent. Paralysis by analysis? Too much data? Let's see it.
Let us know what the results are of the tests I suggested.
