All forum maps now up on my site

For those that care. Feel free to abuse them as you wish.

As a side note, it's a bit unnerving to run some of those comparisons. Seemingly similar maps are tuned quite a bit differently. Makes you wonder if anybody really knows what they are doing.

Can I put a link to that under the Power FC section?

Skotx and Jason,

Map number 8 is mine, and mod list left out a CatBack. I AM running one so you may add that to your chart, Skotx, and to the description, Jason... just not to cause anymore confusion than there already is.

You may also want to replace the Map name from "Misc1" to Rx7@rocketship.com or David Ieroncig. You pick.

Thanks for your trouble.

I loved that "fruit" pop-up when comparing the same map!

I just laughed my **** off !!

Great work. Useful and funny too.

Renamed, and the Catback has been added. May I ask who programmed your PFC so I can add that to the file?

Thanks for the positive comments everyone. I'm very happy that people are finding the site useful.

Thanks again for the Map description corrections.

My unit was pre-programmed by XS through the Rx-7 Store based on the list of modifications that accompany the maps.

Salutations,

Ahhh... that's good to know. Now we've got another XS map to compare.
Hmm... comparing your maps to Base Mod reveals that IGL and IGT aren't too different at all, only 1 or 2 degrees in most cells.

That brings up a question: if XS uses the Power Excel software to alter the base maps, then why doesn't a compare to Base Mod show zero differences? Do they alter the base maps and then tweak them further with the correction maps? That seems kinda weird. Anyone have an opinion on this? Maybe the XSPOWER guy can help us out.
