Air Temp vs Injector Test
Kyle and I have altered our AT vs INJ maps a while back.
But we have never ran a test of the relationship between % change to the map and how well it affects the AFR % change.
We finally did it this weekend. Tested my car at 13 and 15psi boost in 4th gear from 3000 to 7500rpm. You definitely need some road distance for these types of tests. Air temp at my IC outlet where my ATS is located was running from 30C to 33C. Outside ait temp was about 27C. Love my large FMIC!
We added 4% more to the 50/30/10C settings. Due to round-off in the datalogit, it actually added a little less the 4%. After analyzing my log files, the average AFR increased by 3.7%.
