Arrow After Pfc Intall Im Not Revving At 2000rpm

Hey guys can some one please help me, I installed a APEXI PFC and i added the base mod map to it, I started the car and did all the learn procedures and now im revving at 2000rpm. I did what Dale CLark said buy closing the bleed valve at the botton of the TB and open it up about 1/2, I did that and it drop from 2400rpm down to 2200rpm. I had to to close it more, its about 1/4 open and it got me down to 2000 even. Well my ? is there is a piping thats comming off the UIM near that fire wall and tps, Am i getting a vac leak from there, if so can i just put a cap on it? I have check all the couplelings and screws, i have check the solinode valves, and i cant find anything, so thats why im hear. so if you can share your knowlege please help thanks.

The air bleed screw is only for small air changes.

Now adjust the throttle set screw on front of the throtle to reduce the idle more.

2k is too high. If the throttle set screw doesn't work, you probably should check the voltages on the tps. The pfc has a function where it'll display the voltage readings for the tps from the commander. It'll give you the narrow and wide range. If these voltages are off, it could cause your idle to do funny ****.
