Power FC AEM UEGO Datalogit Equation
I know everyone says the AEM EUGO gauge is inaccurate, but currently it's all I have to go off of. I've tried putting in the equation the AEM gives you but as you can imagine it is extremely off.. Is anyone using it with their datalogit? and if so, what equation are you using?
Thanks in advance

Question: how old is your AEM UEGO? The early ones, probably the first two production years, do not have a linear output. The rest of them have a linear 0-5v output, although in my experience there is still a small amount of discrepancy between what the Datalogit and the wideband display read.
You know you have a current production one because there is a rotary dial on the back to adjust the voltage output.

Here is something most people do not due which can affect your logs that can cause them to record up to .3 AFR leaner. This has been verified with three WBs on multiple computers.
First we have to assume that a WB with it's own AFR display meter has been calibrated to display correctly what the WB reads.
Secondly we need to calibrate the software on your computer to record those readings accurately.
Two ways to do this. The most accurate is to buy some calibrated AFR gas. But this is very expensive. Here is the cheap way to do it.
Place your WB sensor in a jar covered with cellophane held tightly on with rubber bands. After the WB is warmed up and your computer is logging, fill the jar with some gas like propane until the WB meter reads an AFR close to what you want to tune to at maximum boost. Now log the readings and adjust the WB software setup values so that the computer logs the same as the WB meter.
