Power FC acting wierd above 5psi please help

acting wierd above 5psi please help
i just recently installed new rails and injectors. i went with CJ rail kit
with 850cc primaries and 1680cc secondaries. the motor as far as i know is a
stock port motor. i have a greddy t-78 kit with FMIC, hks twin power ignition,
walbro 255 pump set at about 38-40psi base pressure. still running stock map
sensor. im planning on running 15psi max. i am in the US Virgin islands and there is noone here that can help me with the power fc. im having to do everything myself by reading on the forums and chucks notes. i am having a problem where the car doesnt seem to make any power over 5psi
it doesnt seem to be misfiring. i suspect i have something wrong in the tune so here are the 2 maps i have been working with. i havent really done much afr tuning because of a wastegate issue i am having but if someone can tell what seems to be wrong with the maps if anything, it would be much appreciated.2-01B Stk22222222222.zip
