i think someone posted before that you would ahve to run a resistor in line witht he 1600s. had something electrical to do with how they will fire.
do a search......

btw....how much power are you going to be running that you need so much damn fuel???
850 primary and 1300 secondary is a TON of fuel and much easier to set up.

I talked to XS today about 850cc X 1600cc and they said that they
only have up to 850cc X 1300 for singles in maps. I am going to have XS program my PFC for the 1300cc X 850cc single and then change the secondary injector to 1600cc with the commander
set at 1500cc which is max. Hopefully finishing the tuning will
be a lot closer than starting from scratch.

I think the FC relies on the RATIO of primary to secondary sizes, so you might want to change your primaries by a similar proportion so it can transition the secondaries in smoothly.

How thinks that 850 primaries and 1300 secondaries are too much for my mods?

Angry I'm confused...

I thought Dave blew up your motor and turbos and you were unhappy w/his work so weren't using him anymore?

If you're going to publicly bitch about how someone's work is (in your opinion) substandard, perhaps it would back up your questionable claims better if you weren't still using said substandard mechanic.

Hmm....

since people get away with 4 850's, 4 1300's would be nice =)

Does that answer the question in your little head?

Wankawankel I have a question and a comment. Do you have a Walbro fuel pump for sale? I saw one for sale that I was interested and I think his email was the same as you screen name. I was wondering if it was you. If so email me at SJWhite2000@aol.com

Now for the comment. Chrisspeed runs 850/1600, for crying out loud man what are you trying to build here???? He is running almost 700rwhp!!!!! I think a good setup that provides TONS of fuel would be some 850/1300......that should be pleanty of fuel for any street car, you could make enough power to run low 10's with 850/1300's

act strip/street clutch
hks dp
pettit resonated mp

I was going to use the stock 550's but a couple of people, including Ari Yallon are using the 850's up front. So if they can use them for the street and strip, why can't I?

The FP I'm selling is the cosmo from Rx7.com, it's supposed to be the one Ari uses.

Not saying you CANT use them, just saying its WAY over kill unless your building a 9 second car. I guess if you've already bought it its not a biggie.

If your using 1600 secondaries it is better to replace the 550's with 850's from what I've heard. Its probably going to affect your gas mileage big time but you prob dont care, I just thought I'd mention it.

Oh yea, was that you that was selling the Walbro fuel pump on the parts trader???

also it will make less power if your injectros are running at too low of a duty. Th ecombustion will not be as complete.
