is the .25 kg/cm2 fuel cut a typo in manual?

I haev it set for .90 but it will climb to .92 consistently. I know manual says .25 kg/cm2 which woudl be 1.15, but can that be right?

thanks, just wondering. has anyone experience the fuel cut?

Phil,

It's .25 since I was making about .84 in the warmer weather, but when the temp dropped to freezing, I'd hit fuel cut and my PFC would be showing 1.05, since my settings are .8 for primary and secondary.

I hit the "cut" today during some spirited runs, and it was aproximately .25kg,cm2 more than what I have it set to. Does anyone if it's really a "fuel" cut, because I remember someone mentioning an "ignition" cut. Either way I hope it never happens again because it is very scary. I thought I had lost the motor again. It kicked like a wild bull. Definitely not good!

For the benefit of everyone, why don't you run your car into the fuel/ignition cut again while watching injector duty cycle and tell us the answer to your question?

Hey Jodeny,
How do you know that it's a fuel cut? Did you read it somewhere? Btw, where in Lawrence are you? What gen do you have?

I was told by KDRotary that it is an injection cut, but I don't know where Dave got that information, or if it is correct or not.
