Ummm... so you are using aluminum rods in a street car?

The problem isn't bearings. The problem is the rods. They stretch. Aluminum has a much lower tolerance for cyclic stress than iron.

local guy made ~710HP on 38 psi with a GT45...

AWD eh? 600AWHP > axles, driveshafts, etc
