Do you have pics of your car? I suggest that you should get an oil cooler!

I was having the same issues it was running around 220 deg F. I ended up doing a high flow thermostat, water wetter, and changed the coolant water mixture to 75% water 25% coolant and it dropped down to about 205 deg F.

I am going to add a cowl in the hood and try to mount my radiator horizontally to improve air flow. Also I want to get a better oil cooler I think that will help.

Oil Cooler helps ebay ones work too! Just delete the stock oil cooler when you add an aftermarket one!

I have come across this problem in other chassis, the 2jz loves the factory fan and shroud, it pulls a lot of CFM. But some chassis dont have the room.... A better Oil cooler wont do much in this case to keeping the motor from over heating, you need a better radiator, shroud and fan setup. Or maybe just a better fan and shroud setup.
