87 to 89/90 engine conversion help needed

I hope this is the right place for this, but here's the story. I have an '87 RX7 in which I was losing compression and the engine was doing the famous hesitation that I guess a lot of people get when the engine is getting older (had 150k miles).. I got a 13b out of a '89 / '90 (one of these years) out of a rollover vehicle that was given to me.. Once I got the engine out of that car, I took it straight to the junk yard.. Anyway, the front of the main fuse box harness was cut (think it was only lights or horn wires). The new engine is in and everything is in the car runs when fuel pump is hot wired but I could not find wires to connect with the air/fuel sensor or the fuel resistor relay located by the air filter box. Has anyone been into this situation or have knowledge of where they tie into? On the 87/88 models they run off the passenger side harness right next to the mass air control connector, but it wasn't there on the 89? Wiring for the air pressure and the mass air control is there.

I included pics in the links to try to help a bit.. Thanks in advance!
