Assembled bottom end is in-with tranny and beat clutch assembly
It "looks" like its all going to work well. Building the oil pan and pickup was fun!
I have been waiting for my head for over 3 weeks now-I am getting it surfaced and O-ringed for free, so I cant much compain about getting it back.

i hear that. homie hook ups suck sometimes cause they make you wait
you got all your wiring figured out? i have pages and pages of diagrams if you need them. its actually only 5 wires that need to see power to run. send me some pics of your new oil pan. mine is leaking so i might need someone to build me a new one and i might as well go bigger capacity (hint hint)

Whats you email address?
Unfortunatly-I ran out of material-so my mock up pan, became my in use unit! I dont think it will leak-it sealed well for my water test.
I wired my 2 old Colts-so I am not worried about this pile-but I wiried my old cars with a volt meter and a dream-so I would not mind looking at a diagram.
awesome you guys!
i just got a FC shell and a Talon TSi in the same week and the TSi needed a new head so i bought a 4g63t block and head for cheap, and i'm gunna rebuild the head so i will have a full 4g63t engine in my garage, and i've read through this whole post and what i'm getting is that in TII Tranny --> B2600 Bellhousing --> 4G63t and just do custom mounts in my shop! ok if thats right I got all the mechanical stuff down, so what about electrical? what kind of ecu should i use and type guages should i run everything to? I'm gunna get started on this project at the beginning of summer and i'll hopefully have it done mid/end of summer! keep up the great work guys! that thanks for all the help!

Its impossible.
Dont try it.
Rotaries make more power-and are more reliable to boot!

Was hoping for maybe a few more pictures... as for the whole rotary vs. piston thing, the fact is that piston motors have had way more R&D put into them compared to the rotary. My interest in the 4g63 is the beautiful head design and efficiency. Rotaries are fun, but very thermally inefficient. It would be nice to consistently get over 25mpg.

Old pics-I will try to update today. I am broke-but as always I find a way to make it happen.

i assumed this car was gonna go out at night and be a freeway terrorizer, how do you plan on doing that with one headlight? going to use the FTPS or something? Im digging the intake though, especially if it still flips up and down hahaha.

As with this swap-seeing as the RX-7's intkae in literally right there, I have no idea why someone has not tryed this yet. People jump in line to buy $150 headlight covers that do diddly squat, while that can have real, funcional ram air for the price of a bit of creativity!
