I will soley buy an FD to put in a 2JZGTE V160 with the Cobra 3.08 rear end!

This thread is giving me hope.

Imagine, a 1000WHP FD taken to Texas 2k8, and doing freeway pull along with BUSAs, 1000+whp supra and vipers! That would be so AWESOME!!!!!

Do you know if TECH2's kit will keep the steering rack in the stock location and if the stock hood will be usable? Also do you know what is included in the kit? Lastly do you know if the getrag 6 speed and the supra rear end can be used?

Why is it so hard to take some pics of these 2jz swaps that never make it to the forum other then the SP car. Claims of stock hoods, stock steering rack..etc..etc, sounds like vaporware to me. I call

Or patience... but that might be a Massachusetts thing.

I'm still waiting for someone to post a picture of a 2JZ swap showing the orientation of the tie rod linkage to the lower control arm.

Parallel means no bump steer because they move up and down in an identical arc. Non-parallel means bump steer. It's as simple as that.

not quite. you can lower the rack while eliminating bumpsteer, as long the angle of your tie rod meets the imaginary point formed by the upper and lower A-arms. in which case, the tie rod and lower control arm would not be parallel, but still no bumpsteer.

wow u're arrogant.

looking at your profile, you seem to be quite proud of it too.

power to you. i can't stand arrogance so i'll leave u alone in your V8 RX7 land where you make the call on what's right and wrong, and can tell everyone "so largely thanks to me....."
