2JZ-GTE Supra FD3S?

Although I've gotten some good feedback from friends, I'd like to grasp your opinions on a 2JZ-GTE Supra in a FD3S. I'm thinking of implementing this on my '94 FD.

I'm doing it to my 94 Efini as we speak. Tech2motorsports makes a kit if you are interested in going about it the easy way, but it will require you to buy their hood since the engine sits up too high for the stock hood. I decided to go about it the hard way and make my own subframe to keep the stock hood, but it's up to you how much work/time/money you want to invest in the project. It's a great engine in a very capable chassis, so I say go for it if that's what you want.

Does the 1jz fit with the stock hood? It nearly fits in my FC, it's about 2 inches shorter than the 2jz and mainly it's the stock twins that interfere

The 1JZ fits under the stock hood with the Tech2 kit. Its not the twins that is an issue, it is the taller block of the 2JZ.
