13BREW into 240sx?

Hey ever since i sold my FD i have regretted it but i had to Now im stuck with a fully rebuilt and custom ported 13brew i had for the car. I originally planned on trying to find a LHD FD to put it in but can't seem to find anything. So im sitting here thinking what is lightweight cheap to come by and can pretty much swap anything into. hmm FC rx7 or 240sx. I have always wanted a 240 but never got one cause everyone has one with a sr or ka or rb in it so i wanted to stand out. I just want to ask some questions and see if anyone can asnwer them. I know i need the following:

-Custom Motor Mounts
-Custom driveshaft
-Standalone (PFC)
-Rad/Intercooler setup
-Exhaust

Here are my questions
Will the FD RX7 tranny fit in and line up somewhat the same to where the 240sx sat?
What would i need in the engine bay as far as power steering and ABS etc would i need the parts out of a FD or could I use the ones out of the 240sx?
For the turbo setup would one meant for an FD fit or would i need a custom one made?
Would i need a wiring harness out of a FD and make some changes to it or would i have to make a completely new harness all together?
Any other things im missing feel free to add the project still is in planning mode at the moment.
Thanks!

I don't really have an specific insight, but I'd be surprised if the FD tranny didn't fit. They are pretty narrow as far as transmissions go.

get in touch with defined autoworks in ohio, i believe they've done the swap a couple of times, they may be able to help you out. I want to say they might be a vendor on here.

the tranny will not line up exactly. your going to have many parts custom made. since you have the motor already built your way ahead. your going to need to have either a standalone (Haltech i suggest) and wiring is always a fun way to spend many hours. the turbo manifold is going to be custom made. But overall i think its a good idea my buddy just started doing this build also so if i hear anything i'll let you know. But your going to have to make a custom shifter also

Have you considered an RX-8???

Before you commit to this project, consider an RX-8. They are really exceptional handling cars, very modern and comfortable, but Mazda screwed up and just made the engines too highly stressed, too much power demanded from a normally aspirated 13b in a 3000 pound car, and there have been a few other issues. Consequently, the early ones are dying, and the cost of a rebuild is often approaching what the car is worth. My local Mazda service manager looked at my Skyline powered 84 FB and said it is very nice, but for the next one I should do an RX-8. He says they are dying with increasing regularity. A friend of mine recently bought an RX-8 with a dead motor and a few minor dents for $1800. Take your time and look around.
