The rotary has a smooth enough torque curve to hold the standard trans together?
Little scared about my Fortin sequential. For race use it's not rated at the type of HP I can generate from the 13brew.

If you use a turbo rotary don't forget to use heat wrap or something like that, or your inner wall will be red hot to

btw more pictures please

New plan

Here's the new plan...

Going mega squirt and turbo. Here's some pics of the basic lay out...hopefully I can have a custom intake built to make the overall engine profile as low as possible...Anyone know of a company that will make a custom intake???

Now this is the proper way to mod a beetle!

Good luck and hope you'll enjoy the ride

Going F.I.

Here's the latest with the Rotary-VW,

Ported the turbo mani to fit the 6-port, built the Megasquirt and relay board, got the pump and regulator, and I'm going to try out the electric water pump (davies craig). Might start out running non turbo since I've already built the headers and piping, then slap on the turbo a bit later, but well see.....

Make something to check if the waterpump is actually running, Furb had blown his fuse (20A) of his electric waterpump and blown his engine. Use a larger fuse or no fuse at all but put it then behind the fuse of the EGI or so, if you blow that one then your car stops
